- Who can benefit from counselling & Psychotherapy?
People and children of all ages, backgrounds, religions, races and cultures can benefit from counselling. We all experience times when we feel different, lost or isolated or find it difficult to get motivated about anything. However you can significantly benefit from talking to someone whom is empathic, impartial, kind and non-judgemental.
- What will happen next?
I will arrange to meet for an initial consultation so that we can explore your needs, expectations and goals. I will also do a brief assessment of your presenting problem to determine the best way of helping you.
- How long will therapy take?
Each therapy session is 60 minutes on a weekly basis. I will try and meet at the same time on the same day every week to suit your schedule. I have daytime, evening and weekend sessions available.
CBT can have very effective results in short periods of time. Short-term and long-term therapy is available.
