  • Who can benefit from counselling & Psychotherapy?

People and children of all ages, backgrounds, religions, races and cultures can benefit from counselling. We all experience times when we feel different, lost or isolated or find it difficult to get motivated about anything. However you can significantly benefit from talking to someone whom is empathic, impartial, kind and non-judgemental.
